The Impact of Leaders’ Coaching Skills on Employees’ Happiness and Turnover Intention

This study seeks to provide a more comprehensive understanding of how leaders with coaching skills can affect an individual’s turnover intention through the mediating role happiness. The sample includes 271 individuals from diverse organizations. Based on survey, employees assessed their leaders’ and reported own happiness intention. findings demonstrate that have negative impact employees’ positive happiness, latter relationship between first two variables. Organizations should note leader’s are useful not only for employee’s but also avoiding intention; therefore, organizations encourage integrate into leadership styles. identification as mediator is original contribution, thereby extending previous research over these topics.
